Descripción del trabajoDevelop and consolidate the annual R&D project plan in collaboration with the responsible areas, ensuring compliance with the guidelines related to the company's innovation strategy. Organize the technical evaluation of projects through the group of technical experts, ensuring adequate documentation and follow-up. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of R&D projects using control tools to track progress, activities, and budget execution. Collect, review, and structure technical and financial information from responsible areas to support project approval, extension, or closure. Conduct technology trend and benchmarking analyses to identify new opportunities for innovation in the energy sector. Support and coordinate external collaborations with universities, suppliers, startups, and other institutions.
