Paralegal (LATAM)

This role is essential in supporting the processing of health insurance claims and collections , particularly within the personal injury space. You will work closely with attorneys, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and efficient follow-up on claims.

Responsibilities :

• Contact and follow up with insurance companies, attorneys, and law offices to obtain and provide relevant documentation.
• Process health insurance claims, monitor their status, and assist with collections of outstanding payments.
• Review, extract, and organize medical records and legal documents chronologically and clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic records and data entry systems.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient, legal, and insurance-related information.
• Track claim deadlines and proactively escalate any delays or issues.
• Assist in preparing documents for legal proceedings or settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
