Thomas Telford Ltd is seeking a strategic Country Manager to lead our expansion in Peru and the wider LATAM region . This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of NEC in South America, drive commercial success, and build lasting partnerships.

About the Role

As Country Manager, you will be at the forefront of our LATAM strategy, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing key client relationships. You will oversee the setup and day-to-day operations of our Peru office, support P&L management, and ensure smooth delivery of client services across the region.

This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record in strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NEC’s business development efforts across Peru and the wider LATAM region.
• Build and convert a pipeline of high‑quality leads.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Cultivate long‑term partnerships, including with the British Embassy in Lima.
• Oversee commercial operations, budgets, and license agreements.
• Manage regional consultants and talent planning.
• Ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Represent NEC in marketing, PR, and client‑facing events.
• Collaborate with UK‑based teams and report to the Global Director.
