At OutCode, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build functional systems that improve the customer experience, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager, with experience managing agile teams, decision making, remote team leadership, and software development skills. Responsibilities and Duties :

1. General Management support across Product Delivery.

2. Defining and guiding delivery best practices (e.g. change governance) - ensuring consistency in quality and approach.

3. Driving continuous improvement in methods, technology choices, and skills by challenging, innovating, and evolving the status quo.

4. Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

5. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

6. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

7. Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.

8. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.

9. Report and escalate to management.

10. Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.

11. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

12. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

Qualifications :

1. Technical background, ideally with 10+ years of professional IT delivery within Managed Services, IT outsourcing industry, and Consultancy Experience.

2. Extensive hands-on experience with a wide variety of different technologies.

3. Ability to evaluate many solutions against a variety of enterprise situations to establish the best overall strategy.

4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

5. Demonstrate experience in delivering Change Programs and Application Support services.

6. Experience managing a team of engineers and / or coordinating project implementation among many functional teams.

7. Skill in managing organizational budgets and business cases over multi-year horizons.

8. Good understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, processes, and practices tools, and why they are important, with a strong understanding of digital product development, usage, and application.

9. The role will also involve a substantial amount of program planning / managing and communication with a wide variety of audiences in a number of formats.

10. Gather requirements from teams, tailoring content accordingly.

11. Be a confident self-starter able to quickly investigate and learn unfamiliar processes, subsequently documenting and presenting recommended approaches based upon findings.

12. Be capable of presenting at senior management level as well as to technical teams.

13. Manage stakeholder expectations and progress.
