Position Overview

Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through diverse digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social media, email, content, paid ads). Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to loyalty. Develop, execute, and track end-to-end campaigns aligned with business goals and target audiences. Use data and analytics to optimize performance and ROI. Collaborate with product, sales, and support for a unified customer experience and business growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Implement A / B testing to improve messaging and targeting. Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports. Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute content strategies across platforms tailored to specific audiences and channels.
• Manage and optimize ads across Paid Social, Search, Display, Affiliate, and Streaming platforms with continuous A / B testing.
• Lead testing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration for growth by identifying hypotheses, designing experiments, and analyzing results.
• Assist with budget planning and take ownership of affiliate marketing growth by expanding the program and managing relationships.
