Overview

I took over my nonprofit in 2018 and have since come up with some great ideas for it. I have started investing in help to boost our web presence and am seeking a Partner, possibly a Co-Founder, to work with me to pull this venture off. The focus is on helping the poor own homes through real estate ventures, tiny homes villages with edible landscaping, livestock rescued from slaughter, solar power, and related initiatives that can generate revenue.

I am exploring funding from investors and donors and am currently pursuing opportunities to take the venture to the next level. I am also involved in purchasing property for a Real Estate venture related to this mission. I am hopeful and motivated, but I need capable collaboration to advance the project.

Responsibilities

• Partner with me to develop and implement growth strategies for the nonprofit and associated real estate ventures.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts, investor outreach, and donor engagement to secure funding.
• Assist with business development activities, governance, and board participation as appropriate.
• Help manage operations, partnerships, and project execution to move the venture forward.
