Location : Peru (Remote, Hybrid, or On-site – You don’t need to be based in Lima)

Are you a certified PMP Project Manager ready to lead high-impact projects in the healthcare industry?

WAC, an offshore company with over 15 years of experience in the Peruvian market, offers long-term stability and career growth. We're looking for a bilingual Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on medical billing and healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do :

Lead strategic, cross-departmental projects from start to finish

Build and execute plans focused on ROI and resource efficiency

Ensure successful delivery on time and within budget

Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Customer Service, and International teams

Standardize processes and implement dashboards (Bitrix, Excel, Teams)

What You Bring : Work Experience

Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimun 3 years in Project Manager Role with measurable outcomes.

Experience in Projects related to Process Improvemente (not only TI)

Experience working with OKRs

Experience working with cross functional teams.

Experience working with international teams is a plus

Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or services is a plus

Knowledge Required

Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)

Prioritization techniques

Traditional and Agile Project Management

Hybrid communication Tools (i.e. Teams, Skype, Zoom)

Project Management tools

Advanced English Skills (Written and Verbal)

Work Modality :

Flexible : Remote, Hybrid, or On-site

You do not need to be based in Lima — we welcome applicants from anywhere in Peru

This role requires experiences working NOT only TI Projects. Highlight other experiences in your resume
