Overview
Executive Assistant role at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz in the Los Angeles office, supporting the head of the Entertainment Group and the Supervising Partner of the LA office. This is a fast-paced role combining executive support, client-facing responsibilities, and office / firm initiatives. Location : Century City; Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, hybrid (4 days in office) with overtime flexibility; Salary : $80,000 - $117,000 (commensurate with experience), plus overtime.
This is not a traditional legal assistant position; the role blends executive function and client-facing responsibilities with the organizational excellence expected in a leading law firm.
