We are working with a Microsoft Solutions Partner with a strong international presence to find a Senior Solution Architect for their Business Applications practice in Zürich . In this role, you will design and deliver enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform , guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys from strategy to successful implementation.

Your Role

As a Senior Solution Architect , you will take ownership of end-to-end solution design and technical delivery. By leveraging Microsoft technologies and innovative approaches such as AI and cloud services , you will enable Swiss and international organisations to modernise operations, improve customer engagement, and achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle : Drive projects from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Architect with impact : Analyse requirements, create solution blueprints, and design scalable systems using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Hands-on leadership : Oversee technical design, integrations, and configurations, working closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain quality & governance : Produce technical documentation, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Enable knowledge transfer : Share expertise through mentoring, training sessions, and workshops for internal teams and client stakeholders.
