Position Summary

Our client is a Florida-based law firm seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) Legal Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our attorneys. This role is fully remote, requires availability during U.S. business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST), and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys to ensure smooth legal operations.
• Assist with trial preparations by organizing case briefs, summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support casework.
• Draft, file, and maintain legal documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage phone calls, attorney schedules, and deadlines to keep clients informed and cases on track.
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with confidentiality and legal standards.
• Use HubStaff to track hours and maintain accountability for remote work.
