Contract type : Full-time, Contractor

Work hours : 7.30am – 3.30pm PST – Remote

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of BC / DR procedures and SOPs
• Assisting with impact assessments, training, and testing coordination
• Tracking program metrics and contributing to resilience reporting
• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to validate recovery procedures
• Managing documentation repositories (plans, test results, contact lists, etc.)
• Assisting with compliance audits and certification preparation (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301)
• Participating in process reviews and improvement initiatives across departments
