• El Growth Analyst es responsable de identificar, analizar y ejecutar oportunidades de crecimiento en la organización, utilizando datos, pruebas experimentales y herramientas digitales. Su función principal es generar insights accionables que optimicen la adquisición, retención y monetización de clientes, impulsando el rendimiento del negocio de forma sostenible.###
• Responsabilidades Principales
• Analizar métricas clave del negocio (CAC, LTV, churn, conversión, engagement) para detectar oportunidades de mejora.
• Diseñar, implementar y evaluar experimentos de crecimiento (A / B testing, cohortes, funnels, etc.).
• Colaborar con equipos de marketing, producto, ventas y tecnología para definir e implementar estrategias de crecimiento.
• Realizar seguimiento de campañas digitales y proponer optimizaciones basadas en performance.
• Desarrollar dashboards e informes que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
• Explorar nuevas fuentes de adquisición de clientes y canales de conversión.
• Identificar patrones de comportamiento del usuario para mejorar la experiencia y fidelización.
• Medir y evaluar el impacto de iniciativas de crecimiento en ingresos y rentabilidad.###
• Requisitos
• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, Marketing, Data Analytics o afines.
• Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en posiciones de growth, data analytics, marketing digital o producto.
• Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas de analítica (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
• Manejo de SQL, Excel / Google Sheets avanzado y preferentemente experiencia con Power BI o Tableau.
• Capacidad de estructurar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos.
• Experiencia en metodologías ágiles y en la ejecución de experimentos de validación (A / B testing, growth hacking).
• Perfil proactivo, analítico, creativo y orientado a resultados.###
