We are looking for an Art Director, Communications to lead advertising and brand campaigns for our super app — with a strong focus on ride-hailing, and also food, delivery, and other services. You’ll work closely with the Global Design Lead, marketers, copywriters, and analysts to shape how our services are seen and experienced in Latin America .
Our top priority is to find a candidate based in Peru , Colombia, Bolivia, and Guatemala .
This is a senior role with responsibility for the whole region : we are looking for someone who can own the creative process end-to-end and deliver polished, thoughtful results.

Responsibilities :
- Create and adapt 360° marketing campaigns across digital, OOH, and social media
- Lead art direction for advertising and photo shoots (from concept to production and post-production)
- Develop key visuals and campaign identities that work across multiple services in the super app
- Collaborate with local partners (agencies, photographers, directors) to ensure cultural relevance and high quality
- Use AI tools as part of your workflow to generate imagery, video, and new creative ideas for campaigns
- Explore creative solutions for BTL activations and special projects, often under tight deadlines
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in design and art direction (agency / studio and / or brand side)Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising campaigns, brand communications, and concept developmentProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteProven experience using AI tools (Krea, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Klink) as part of the creative workflow : generating and refining visuals, crafting effective prompts, building consistent image series, and experimenting with AI-driven video and content creationEnglish at upper-intermediate level or higher (comfortable expressing ideas and collaborating in English)It will be a plus :
