Overview
The Media Programmatic Supervisor is responsible for campaign management oversight, ensuring proper execution on platform by managing and auditing campaign activities when needed, and guiding team members. Key responsibilities include :
- Leading the book of business comprising multiple clients and agencies.
- Developing and leading a strong performance marketing team and Business Managers.
- Being the primary / secondary point of contact for escalations, addressing issues, and creating action plans.
- Driving strong client and agency relationships.
- Ensuring optimal resource utilization and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Ensuring team adherence to internal and external tools and processes.
- Maintaining a sense of ownership over team and client management, performance monitoring, and reviews.
- Staying updated on industry news and trends, analyzing and documenting search engine industry developments, and adopting best practices.
- Leading brainstorming and status calls with agency stakeholders.
- Driving new tests, analyzing performance, and providing insights for improvement.
- Coaching and mentoring team members, managing career development.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts for reporting and data analysis.
- Developing and evaluating personnel for efficient operations.
- Leading initiatives to design reporting tools and dashboards.
- Working with Strategy & Analytics to set strategic account vision.
- Monitoring industry research and analysis, developing strategic presentations for market expansion.
- Ensuring delivery within deadlines and quality standards.
- Promoting a healthy work environment through team-building and one-on-one sessions.
- Providing administrative, process, HR support, and guidance on next steps when issues arise.
- Monitoring daily team performance and working on professional growth plans.
- Ensuring availability of necessary tools and resources.
- Maintaining regular traffic calls to update on workflow and internal news.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or relevant field (desirable).English C1 : Advanced in verbal, written, and presentation skills.Mastery in one discipline with growing knowledge in others.At least 2+ years managing search media advertising campaigns.At least 2+ years leading teams.Attention to detail.Proficiency in DV360, Google Analytics, Jira, PowerPoint, and project management skills.Additional information
