Base pay range

21,600.00 / yr - $24,000.00 / yr

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. You will build, enhance, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our digital platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams using tools like GitHub, AWS, GoDaddy, and Asana. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving access to mental health services for women.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and infrastructures.
Collaborate to incorporate new data sources and develop business-ready data tables.
Maintain high data quality in accordance with data governance and HIPAA standards.
Implement data warehousing solutions suitable for our business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3+ years in full-stack development.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.

Experience with AWS, GitHub, RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Strong communication skills and a commitment to women’s mental health.

Nice To Haves

Experience with healthcare or telehealth platforms.

Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy regulations.

Experience in Agile / Scrum, DevOps, and CI / CD pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits

Range : $2,000+ per month, plus educational resources, bonuses, and a supportive community.
