• Manage a benefits book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide strategic insurance solutions to mitigate risks and protect their employees
• Collaborate closely with producers and underwriters professionals
• Experience with fully-insured, level-funded, and self-funded plans
• Drive business growth and retention through cross-selling opportunities and strategic account management initiatives
