Position : Sales Account Manager – Southern California & Las Vegas
Location : Must reside in Southern California
Territory : Orange County, San Diego County, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and parts of Mexico
Travel : Up to 30%
As a growth-driven organization with a leadership position in protective packaging, Pregis is looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive sales performance and elevate customer experience across Southern California, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Mexico. This role is a critical part of our strategy to win new business, grow market share, and strengthen channel partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own territory growth by prospecting and closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and partnering with our distribution network to deliver maximum value to end users.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product teams to deliver effective, competitive solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pricing, and profitability tracking.
- Ensure timely CRM updates and completion of administrative responsibilities.
- Demonstrate hands-on willingness and mechanical aptitude to perform basic machine repairs when needed.
- Deliver compelling presentations and value propositions to customers and partners.

Bachelor’s degree (Business or Packaging Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new businessStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and results-driven with minimal need for oversightEthical, organized, and highly effective at managing time and prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to travel up to 30% of the timeIdeal candidate

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $85,000 to $95,000 for this salaried exempt role. This base pay is one component of Pregis’ total compensation package and does not include bonus or company vehicle. Actual base pay may vary based on performance, proficiency, and demonstrated competencies.
