Healthcare Assistant_Spanish Proficiency ($7 / Hour)

About the Role

We are currently hiring remote  Healthcare Assistants  on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate should be  fluent in both  Spanish and English , has prior experience in the healthcare sector, and excels in coordinating care services. This is a  fully remote, full-time  opportunity for individuals who are organized, responsive, and dedicated to supporting patients and caregivers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign caregivers or nurses to open shifts.
• Reach out to clients and previously onboarded individuals to discuss care plans or shift needs.
• Respond promptly to emergency requests and ensure timely caregiver placement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shift coordination.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with clients, caregivers, and internal teams.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency

in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Location :  Fully Remote.

Pay :  $7 per hour

Work Hours :  40 hours / week

Time Zone :  Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

Available Work Schedules :

Weekdays :  6 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM EDT (Shifts will be assigned within this range)
