Hybrid – required on‑site presence 3 times per week. The role is hybrid and requires up to 3 on‑site days per week.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
You will be the voice of the customer within GM, ensuring that the product reaches the final customer according to the company’s quality standards, overseeing the condition of vehicles stored in GM yards, and focusing on flawless launches and timely issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to market share, quality, and profitability.
- Lead Product Development Quality (PDQ) activities, including testing (CTF, CoL), PQRR coordination, and support vehicle launches.
- Manage Warranty Incidents and Costs, performing root‑cause analysis and coordinating with dealers and internal teams.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and preservation in GM yards, ensuring optimal conditions and readiness for sale.
- Coordinate field actions and campaigns to release vehicles in optimal condition.
- Conduct audits in storage yards and dealerships, identifying emerging issues and ensuring compliance.
- Handle parts logistics, including requests, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and actively participate in related initiatives.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Education : Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, Resource Management, or Automotive Mechanical Engineering.English proficiency : 75% spoken and written.Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive or related industries (auto parts, dealers, suppliers, etc.).Proficiency in problem‑solving tools (FMEA, Six Sigma).ISO Auditor Certification.Experience using automotive diagnostic tools.Proficiency in Office tools or similar.Experience using AI tools.Familiarity with Innovation & Creativity tools.What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in launch processes and vehicle testing coordination.Proven ability to escalateresolve field issues efficiently.Experience working with dealer networks and storage yards.Knowledge of GM systems and processes (e.g., EWT, CPIP, PRTS+).Equal Employment Opportunity
