Performance Marketing Manager

The role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s equal parts tactical executor and strategic thinker. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the weeds—building and optimizing campaigns across paid channels—but also knows how to zoom out and align performance to long-term brand growth.

You’ll fully own performance marketing—from setup and day-to-day management to creative testing, analysis, and reporting—while helping shape how our brand shows up across paid touchpoints. We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, curious, and ready to take ownership of a growing channel with real potential.

Responsibilities :

Campaign Management & Execution

• Own the end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Build and manage campaigns in-platform : structure, budgets, audiences, placements, and testing
• Work closely with creative team to brief, develop, and test ad assets
• Monitor performance daily; optimize toward ROAS, CPA, LTV, and channel efficiency
• Develop and refine media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Drive a full-funnel approach across prospecting, retargeting, and retention
• Test and iterate on audience segmentation, messaging, landing experiences
• Explore and scale into emerging channels and platforms
• Analytics & Insights
• Analyze channel performance and translate data into actionable insights
• Build and share weekly and monthly reports with key learnings
