Job Overview 🎯
As an Operations Manager , you will lead the expansion and implementation of our platform across Peru . This role combines operational leadership, on-ground execution, product operations, and platform deployment. You will manage deployments, drive partner success, optimize workflows, and identify new business opportunities with bus operators.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
Manage end-to-end deployment of hardware and software (AFCS, GPS, cameras)
Onboard and train operators for smooth platform implementation
Monitor operational dashboards and address system issues
Lead a team of operations executives managing city operations and client success
Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with government bodies, operators, and local partners 🤝
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support
Manage vendors for hardware deployment and local field technicians
Product Operations Enablement
Capture partner requirements and support platform configuration changes
Drive adoption and engagement metrics 🚀
Gather feedback and support operational improvements
Education & Experience 🎓
Fluent in Spanish and English
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
3–5 years in operations, business development, or product / ops hybrid; transport / mobility tech experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong project management & communication skills
Tech-savvy with dashboards, Excel / Google Sheets, data analysis
Willingness to travel extensively and manage a field team
Must have a car 🚗 for moving between sites across the city
Process-oriented, strategic, and data-driven decision-making
