Introduction

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend focus to join a remote-first team working in the digital finance and fintech space. This is a high-impact, coding-heavy role supporting the onboarding experience for institutional customers. Ideal candidates are autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

This is a hands-on position involving backend development in Go, microservices, and SQL—plus an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI development tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend development in Go (Golang)
• Proficiency with SQL (must be able to write queries)
• Experience with AWS and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CRUD operations and service-oriented systems
• High autonomy and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis
