Job Title : Outbound Sales Agent

Contract Details : Full-time, Professional Services Contract

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls and qualify leads through phone
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients
  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in inbound sales or lead generation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

    3. 10MB Download and 5MB Upload Speed

    4. Must have USB Headsets

    5. Must have a LAN Cable connection

    Schedule : Monday through Friday : 10 AM to 7 PM EST (Full time)
