A leading national firm is seeking a litigation associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its nationally ranked healthcare team in Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C. The team is widely recognised for its complex disputes work involving healthcare systems, life sciences, payors, and government investigations.

You do not need prior healthcare litigation experience, though knowledge of the sector is a plus. This is a high-level opportunity for commercial litigators who want to grow in a high-impact practice area with strong mentorship and client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and government investigations involving healthcare companies
• Work on FCA, AKS, Stark Law, and reimbursement-related disputes
• Support high-stakes commercial litigation and regulatory challenges
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery and trial prep
• Interface directly with clients and provide strategic litigation advice
