Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation

Full-Time

Description :

Are you a passionate litigator ready to make a real impact? Shegerian & Associates, Inc., a premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney to join our Los Angeles offices. Our firm is known statewide for its aggressive advocacy on behalf of employees in cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other workplace violations.

Led by acclaimed trial attorney Carney Shegerian, we offer attorneys the opportunity to engage deeply in meaningful, high-stakes litigation—early and often. This is not a document-review role. This is your chance to litigate.

• Competitive Base Salary : $140,000–$155,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Performance-Based Commission : Earn up to 5.50% commission

• $500 Annual FSA Contribution – Provided by the firm to help cover eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
• Industry-Leading 401(k) Plan – 3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing Contribution for eligible employees
• Ongoing Legal Workshops : Regular in-house workshops to strengthen litigation skills
• Hands-On Mentorship : One-on-one guidance and case strategy support from seasoned trial lawyers
• Bar dues paid by the Firm
