Summary

Entry level role required to use scripts / work instructions to do daily tasks as assigned. Works with a high degree of supervision on maintenance of hardware / software, platform, customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys applications from a domain specified area.

May work as part of a Command Center environment like Windows, Network, Backup, Storage, Database, or Mainframe. This function may be provided from a physical Data Center perspective as well.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinates requests for new automation projects and development of new applications.
• Interacts with the client and the System Operations Lead of the computer center to define, implement and maintain the automation processes of the computer center.
• Defines standards for the automation process
• Designs and develops programs to support process automation (custom software – internal)
• Supports the analysis and implementation of change controls to production (new implementations)
• Interacts with other areas to collect information from the computing center.
