They are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a successful track record of managing large-scale commercial jobs, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are consistently met or exceeded.

Experience Level : 5-10 years minimum of Sr Superintendent experience

Base pay range : $180,000.00 / yr - $225,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
• Enforce project plans, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control procedures
• Maintain daily logs and reports; monitor site progress and resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with building codes, company policies, and OSHA standards
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress updates with stakeholders
• Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field personnel
