Position : Superintendent

The Superintendent is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of construction practices, and exceptional problem-solving skills to manage multiple teams, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to regulations. The Superintendent will work with the Project Management Team, Operational Support Team, and Other Division Superintendents to ensure smooth project execution, troubleshoot issues on-site, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in the utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality of work.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and senior management.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all work meets required standards and specifications. Maintain compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure field personnel receive appropriate training and development.
