Participate and contribute along with negotiation and drafting of the Master Lease Agreements (MLA’s”), Built to Suit Agreements (BTS), Distributed Antenna System (DAS), amendments and other commercial agreements. + Participate and contribute along with negotiation and drafting vendor agreements, communications, and amendments. + Provide legal advice to all departments of the company consolidating the position as an in-house multispecialty lawyer with strong knowledge of matters related to the telecommunications sector. + Oversee and manage external lawyers and notaries. + Advise upon the variety of Key Contracts to internal clients of the company (sales, finance, operations, property management, others). + Provide support in the development of new business contractual models. + Perform tasks effectively and efficiently, prioritizing pending tasks, responding to the different company needs by implementing an organized, dynamic and planned agenda, including, when needed, the involvement of external lawyers in order to meet the company’s needs in a timely manner. + Highly developed soft skills + Prioritizes process improvement and efficiency. + Decision maker + Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills + Customer centric attention (both internal and external). + Solid ethical principles with ethical and thoughtful performance during on-the-job tasks. + Strong analytic skills understanding local laws and regulations. + Ability to identify key issues for follow up, including contracts. + Ability to work under pressure while maintaining stability. + Tolerance to frustration, resilience and adaptability. + Able to multitask and meet deadlines identifying priorities. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Capacity to anticipate changes. + Excellent organizational skills. + Team player and self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently. + Dynamic, self-starter and results oriented with a positive attitude. + Excellent application of attention to detail in the preparation and review of contracts + Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.

Legal studies, including a professional degree. Specialization in commercial or corporate law is a plus.

Experience leading projects independently.

At least 5 years of work experience, of which at least 3 must be in a similar position at a top-tier law firm or telecommunications company.

Solid experience drafting legal documents is a plus.

Ability to read, write, and speak English at an advanced level.
