As an Associate Attorney, you will :

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Support due diligence efforts for corporate transactions and investment deals
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development
• Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
