The Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products. You will develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more. You will contribute as a leader, sharing knowledge, guidance, technical expertise, and team leadership skills. Your leadership will be demonstrated in your work, to customers, and within your teams.

You will work to drive the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software, collaborating with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the agile lifecycle. You will groom features / user stories, estimate effort, identify technical risks / dependencies, and communicate them to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. You will address technical debt, vulnerabilities, and keep third-party components current. You will also coach and mentor engineers to design and implement secure, available, distributed software in a scalable architecture.

Your Profile

We value effective communication and collaboration. You should be able to clearly and persuasively communicate complex technical and business concepts to customers and team members, identify and frame problems, gather information, and use technical methods to improve delivery and efficiency.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Backend : Java 8 and up (Core, Spring Boot, MyBatis), Python (Flask, REST APIs)
• Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra
• Automation and RPA : Automation Anywhere, TAGUI
• Chatbots and Cloud : Azure, Copilot Studio, APIs, Teams
• Infrastructure & IT automation : Ansible (playbooks, orchestration, APIs REST)
• Frontend : Angular, React, Vue.js
• OS : Linux servers, management, scripting, services, monitoring
