Base pay range

$15,000.00 / yr - $30,000.00 / yr

Resilu is the recruitment platform of DNA MICRO, a software development company with 25 years of experience in the IT industry. We are actively seeking IT professionals for new AI-driven projects. The company operates in the Pacific Time Zone.

The Role

As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping design and user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. This is a full-time independent contract position with working hours from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm (with breaks), Monday through Friday, following the Pacific Time Zone.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a UX Designer for Web and Mobile platforms.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
• UI Design experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Long-term goal orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio or samples of previous work are required.
