Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Dentist located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The General Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing routine check-up exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures. The role involves patient consultation, treatment planning, and providing preventive care advice. The General Dentist will ensure patient satisfaction, adhere to the highest standards of patient care, and manage dental assistants and hygienists to deliver top-quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic treatment.
• Ensure each patient receives a complete diagnosis and personalized treatment plan that meets high-quality clinical standards.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when advanced care is required.
• Provide strong clinical leadership and support within the dental team.
