Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician, also known as General Service Tech, is an entry-level position ideal for starting your automotive career. You will undergo comprehensive training covering all aspects of your role, performing maintenance services on guest vehicles and contributing to a team delivering excellent guest experiences.

Pay is based on experience, plus incentives (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Keyholder Duties : Supervise shop in the absence of the Store Manager, handle end-of-day paperwork, and assist the store manager.
• Perform mechanic duties such as changing, mounting, and installing tires, tire repair, and balancing.
• Conduct quick lube services like oil changes and lubrication.
• Inspect and rotate tires, perform basic automotive maintenance such as battery installation.
• Training will be provided for alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance.

Compensation : The hourly rate ranges from $16 to $17, depending on experience, with additional incentives possible.
