What Our GMs Do

General Managers at Salt & Straw are hands-on operators and team builders who live our values in action. You’ll :

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities, making every detail count
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers, sharing human kindness and building strong foundations
