As a result, a full-time position is available for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our San Diego, CA : Denver, CO; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI or Tampa, FL office locations.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead and provide technical guidance to mechanical project teams.
• Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning.
• Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions.
• Regular travel to military bases and airports as part of lead mechanical engineer role.

Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as : experience, skill set or location.
