The salary range for this role, based in Nevada, is $128,160.00 to $160,200.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary

As a State Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving performance across our portfolio in Nevada, working closely with distributor partners and internal teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape market strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and innovation.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Drive execution of PRUSA portfolio plans across all brands and channels, aligning distributor teams to strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for distributor communication and relationship management at the state level.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making through dashboards and analytics, and enforce service standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to manage POS logistics and executional planning.
