Overview
Heartland is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring net new business and building a smaller team of sales professionals. You will use a consultative approach with local leadership to set appointments with business owners for Payroll / HCM solutions, through phone, face-to-face, your network, and referral partnerships. You will run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland solutions to close sales in target vertical markets such as restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is performance-based with aggressive weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership upon meeting targets. Benefits include medical, dental, life, and disability coverage; a comprehensive benefits package; and opportunities for recognition and career growth. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions if in the top 25%. Additional benefits include peer recognition programs.
