As a valuable contributor within the EPRM (Enterprise Performance & Risk Management) practice, this mid-level consulting position provides consistent quality and innovative solutions to the project team. Participates in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions.

Strong technical consultant with 5+ years of experience implementing EPM (Performance Management) / ERM (Risk Management) solutions for large Financial Institutions and / or Insurance clients. Domain knowledge on two or more of the following : OFSAA ALM (Asset Liability Management), FPT (Funds Transfer Pricing), PFT (Profitability), Market Risk, Capital Adequacy, LRM / LRS (Liquidity Risk Solution), IFRS 17, RRS (Regulatory Reporting Solution).

Implementation experience of Banking and / or Banking Analytics to provide technical inputs and work closely with the Solution Architect and other project team members to deploy OFSAA products. Includes installation, design, configuration, setup processes for automation, integration, test cases development, solution validation, user training, and Go-Live. Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a customer’s processes and strategies. Customize existing user interfaces to meet client requirements. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate / improve systems. Experience with SDLC, Agile, and cloud-based implementations.

Hands-on experience with OFSAA AAI, FSDF (Data Foundation), GL Recon (Reconciliation) & DIH (Data Integration Hub). Cloud Native Technologies : familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, serverless compute, software-driven networking, and identity and access management. API Standards : knowledge of API standards (OpenAPI, RESTful APIs) and related concepts (JSON, JSON Schema). Databases : experience with multiple database technologies (RDBMS, Key / Value, Graph, Document). Programming : proficiency in at least one language (SQL, Shell Scripting, Java, Python, R, etc.). Application deployment experience with WebLogic and other Web-Application servers. Candidates with experience implementing similar products (SAP, SAS, Moody’s, Wolters Kluwer, Axiom) can be considered. Ability to interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure successful deployment of OFSAA products and integrate OFSAA solutions with the client environment.

• Provide direction and mentoring to project teams and influence customer leadership on key decisions.
• Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
• Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
• Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or architect and design technology solutions spanning multiple products.
