We are hiring : Senior Account Manager (Telecom)
On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a bilingual Senior Account Manager who drives business opportunities in Telecomunication solutions and services within carrier operator market.
- Take ownership of sales targets, formulating and executing comprehensive business plans to consistently meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, taking the lead on high-profile events such as annual strategic and technology summits to strengthen partnerships and drive business opportunities.
- Direct and oversee the execution of high-value strategic projects, ensuring coordination of resources, timely delivery, and successful outcomes in alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to tailor and deliver optimal solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs while driving efficiency and value.
Qualifications
A results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in commercial business, sales, and business development within the telecom solutions sector, particularly in the carrier operator market.Proven expertise in managing sales operations, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.Adept at working with top telecom carriers in local markets, executing strategic sales plans, and delivering on KPIs.Degree in Engineering, business, or related fields, with advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.Degree in Engineering, Business or related domain. Sales management / marketing or business background is preferred.Advance English Level is mandatory.Negotiation skills to secure high-value deals and foster win-win partnerships.Problem solving, sales planning execution and project management skills.Understand and bring openness to diverse cultures, bringing openness and adaptability to international business settings.[ Key Note : Only English CV will be screened ]
