What The Day Will Look Like

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for executing talent attraction strategies aligned with business objectives across the LATAM region. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and ensure inclusive, efficient, and candidate-centric selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies for both key and high-volume positions in LATAM
• Act as a consultant to business leaders, helping define performance profiles
• Oversee end-to-end selection processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and a positive candidate experience
• Implement automation and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, ATS)
• Promote employer branding and inclusive recruitment practices
• Conduct market mapping and analyze talent trends in the region
