The company is currently seeking an Interior Designer reporting to the President and based in E Ring's offices in West Los Angeles.Role Scope : This is a full-time position at a third-generation family-owned, successful, and profitable middle market company specializing in the California multifamily apartment space with assets valued at north of AUD $5 bn.The Interior Designer will be a hands-on design professional who personally drives the visual and experiential identity of their luxury multi-housing communities. This role requires someone who will roll up their sleeves and be directly involved in all aspects of design execution - from concept development through final installation. You'll be working autonomously as the sole design professional, personally handling everything from detailed material selection to on-site project management.This individual will work directly in design software (CAD / Revit), source materials, manage vendor relationships, and be present on-site to ensure quality execution across the 21-property portfolio. We're looking for someone who thrives on being personally involved in every detail - from selecting hallway carpet and light fixtures for existing properties to leading the complete interior design vision for major new construction projects, including the flagship development.The successful candidate will have the hunger and energy to be deeply invested in the diverse portfolio, spending time touring properties, being on-site during installations, and personally ensuring that every design element reflects their brand's signature style and quality. You'll handle projects ranging from individual unit renovations to full-scale new building interior design, maintaining consistent vision and execution standards across all scales of work.
