Information Technology Auditor

Fluent English. 1 year of IT audit experience at a Big 4 or equivalent – suitable for early-career professionals. Preferred / bonus : Bachelor’s in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS. Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Auditor, or PCI QSA (active or in progress). IT Audit Skills : Execute SOC 1 / 2 / ISO 27001 and HIPAA evaluations with precision. Risk Identification : Identify and assess IT risks and gaps. Compliance Standards : Expertise in SOC, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA. GRC Software : Use tools to streamline audit processes. Clear Communication : Present insights effectively to all audiences. Automation Platforms : Familiarity with Vanta, Drata, or Secureframe. Cloud Security : Knowledge of AWS or Azure. Overview
Information Technology Auditor at Supportwave (SOC 2 Auditor). This is a global security and compliance company trusted by more than 1,200 organizations, delivering solutions for SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA as a CPA firm, PCI QSA, and ISO 27001 Certification Body. The team is in hyper-growth mode and seeks ambitious professionals to join and grow with the company. This role is fully remote and is a Full-Time 12-Month Contract, with exciting potential to join permanently after 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Conduct SOC 1 / SOC 2 / ISO 27001 and HIPAA audits with hands-on support from experts.
- Analyze and strengthen technology controls to ensure robust security.
- Share impactful findings with management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client operations and drive results.
- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
- Lead client meetings and build trusted relationships.
- Provide regular updates and tackle challenges proactively.
