As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in our success. You’ll support the Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist with the logistic effort of the recruitment process and guide selected candidates during their next steps, once accepting the offer; always safeguarding a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
Execute actions that could lead to a great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies.
Support Recruitment Specialist in recruitment activities where relevant.
Manage interviewing / assessments calendar and coordinate between candidate, HR and hiring manager.
Initiate background check and pre-boarding due diligence activities.
Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow HR).
Liaise with third party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR.
Execute actions that could lead to a high degree of key stakeholder satisfaction.
