We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Billing Specialist to join our team in the downtown Lima office . This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for customer supplies, as well as supporting our internal supply processes.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform supply billing using Winteam based on Excel spreadsheets.
• Verify correct pricing and sales tax application.
• Upload invoices to SharePoint and Yooz.
• Research and resolve vendor statement issues.
• Handle job termination supply information and monthly usage reports.
• As you grow in the role, you will also :
• Analyze vendor billing spreadsheets and audit distributor pricing.
• Maintain distributor order platforms, create user logins, and add new jobs / products.
• Collaborate with distributors to resolve pricing and ordering issues.
• Support the team and assist customers with supply billing inquiries.
