Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Vice President with a minimum of 6 years of investment banking or related experience to join our senior advisory team. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of deal execution, active client engagement, and team oversight. You will lead multiple transactions simultaneously, drive strategic initiatives, and play a key role in firm development alongside senior partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and capital advisory mandates
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the deal lifecycle
- Drive origination and idea generation in coordination with senior leadership
- Oversee and review financial modeling, valuation work, and client deliverables
- Manage complex diligence, structuring, and negotiation workstreams
- Mentor and train Associates, Analysts, and Summer Analysts to ensure high-quality output
- Contribute to internal firm-building initiatives and business development efforts
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in investment banking or a related field (e.g., private equity, corporate development)Extensive transaction experience, ideally with cross-border componentsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing deal teamsAdvanced financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skillsBilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST / CST time zonesPreferred Qualifications
