MANAGING DIRECTOR – INVESTMENT BANKING

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and talented Managing Director to grow our middle-market presence in San Diego. Primary responsibilities include originating and leading the execution of M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. This professional will have strong marketing skills, a broad network within a specific industry, and a strong referral network from which to generate new business for the firm. Our Managing Directors are supported by an experienced team of bankers, support staff, and the latest technology. We cover multiple industries and are primarily seeking Managing Directors specializing in Industrials, Healthcare, Business Services, Consumer, or Technology. While our headquarters is in Chicago, the location of this Managing Director is flexible.

Deal Execution Responsibilities

• Lead deal teams on a variety of transactions from initial client pitch to transaction closing
• Manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships, transactions, and investment banking teams and serve as primary client contact on engagements.
• Provide leadership, professional development and mentoring for junior staff.
