About the Company

We’re supporting a rapidly scaling launch vehicle team hiring experienced avionics leaders to guide system-level integration, validation, and test.

These are hands-on leadership roles with real scope and influence : you’ll lead high-functioning engineering teams, shape the verification strategy, and own the development of integrated test platforms including HITL and GSE. It’s a rare opportunity to work across architecture, execution, and team development — with room to scale your org and make technical decisions that directly impact flight readiness.
