We are seeking a detail-oriented and process driven Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at PIL in Lima, Perú. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our GFS (Global Finance System) implementation process, supporting the successful implementation of the Oracle GFS ERP system at the country level, ensuring fiscal compliance, data accuracy, system readiness, and operational continuity. This position contributes directly to testing, e-invoicing integration, and documentation, with clear performance objectives aligned with project delivery and long-term finance team transition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Localization Support : Validate local tax, e-invoicing, statutory, and chart of accounts configurations.
• System Implementation : Participate in AP / AR / GL / IC / FA / Tax rollouts, supporting functional testing and issue tracking.
• Testing & Data : Contribute to PB1 (30%) and UAT (70%) cycles by preparing test cases, executing validations, and reporting results.
• Documentation & SOPs : Maintain traceable documentation of testing, process mappings, and localized SOPs.
• E-Invoicing Integration : Assist with setup and functional testing of e-invoice vendors under Oracle-LARO guidance.
