Role Overview :

This key role involves managing employer of record (EOR) responsibilities for international employees, navigating local tax, labor laws, regulations, and benefits, so clients can focus on their core business. The role includes providing HR advice related to Mexico Employment Laws to a range of global clients.

• Serve as the main contact for all HR-related questions throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations for onboarding GEO workers.
• Support GEO HR processes, ensuring legal compliance in policies, handbooks, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain employment contracts, ensuring compliance.
• Manage complex HR projects, including performance management, terminations, and transfers.
• Advise clients on career progression, promotions, and salary analysis.
• Handle worker offboarding, retirements, and related processes.
• Support management with HR responsibilities and policy updates.
• Maintain employee data in accordance with local laws.
• Participate in projects and identify process improvements.
• Provide ongoing legal employment law guidance to internal teams.
• Work with benefit providers to ensure compliant benefit packages and manage payroll with local teams.
